We recently began our search for a 2nd home in South Jersey and found it quite challenging being more than 800 miles away in Atlanta. When we physically came to NJ and began looking at different areas, we were overwhelmed. We literally stumbled onto Smithville All Pro Realtors and met Karen and once we gave her an idea of what we desired, she took over immediately. She began a detailed search and screening process while keeping us informed of everything she was doing. Karen enabled us to view and make offers on many properties while in NJ and when we returned to Atlanta, she continued as advocate looking at properties, screening them and giving/providing us with her professional advice. After 2+ months of searching, thanks to Karen?s perseverance, we were able to purchase the place that was exactly what we were looking for. With us being remote, we were at the mercy of a realtor who could have simply given our requests a low priority and serviced those who were local. Not only did Karen provide us with an excellent ?home-buying? experience, she also directed us to professional, competent electricians, handymen and plumbers whom we utilized to make desired repairs and updates to our new property.
