David negotiated a full asking price offer when the appraisal came in under; he ensured that all our paperwork was in order and completed on schedule or ahead; and when the other realtor?s paperwork was not completed, or not completed in a timely manner, he contacted the other realtor to ensure that the process continued to move towards closing. He and his team got our home ready for showing in record time. David was always available to us, answering all of our questions, keeping us up-to-date on where we stood and what the next steps would be. One day of the Feb last year, my friend told me that a condo in San Jose was on short sale, so we went there during open house hours. My husband and I were really interested in this property, however, we didnt have agent yet. So we contacted Kiana, and she came over and helped us right away. We were so impressed by her knowledge and professional skills. After seeing the property we had a discussion at home, and we decided to ask Kiana to represent us.The short sale process is not as easy as regular sale, it is tough and long journey, Kiana worked very diligently. She did all these in the professional way. She spent lots of time to do research on the housing market and bargain with lender to push the deal down in a quick and smooth way. She also kept providing us constant updates and was always available whenever needed. During the closing time, she spent the time and went through all the documents with us. And we are really enjoying the experience with her.All in all, if you want a stress-free and pleasant home purchase experience, you wont go wrong if you ask Kiana for home purchase.
