I have known Andrey when we were both working in the Emergency Department years ago. The trust had been established here. He was also my brothers agent who had good experience with him too. Andrey kept in touch all these years whether I was ready to buy a home or not. As soon as I felt ready, I reached out to him on a Friday. Andrey made arrangements right away for me to check out my house of interest the next day. I asked him to make an offer on Monday and gave my full trust on his suggestions on how we can win this bidding war. All I told him was, Do it! Andrey called me at 5pm this same Monday and said that we won! This was my one and only offer that I did on buying a house. With lots of prayers and Andreys expertise in making strong contracts/offers made this buying experience quick and easy. Andrey also has very strong communication skills and I did not feel alone during the process of closing even if Andrey had done all these virtually. Andrey was a joy to work with in our search for a rental. When we are ready to buy again, I will definitely reach out to him. On our series of home tours, Andrey was kind, responsive, and thorough. He was able to hold his own with my active and inquisitive 9 year old who asked many questions about him and the homes that we were touring. During our tours, he sent links to the homes so we were clear about addresses and he took notes on our tours to help us in remembering the pros and cons of each place, which he followed up with at the end of our search so we could have that information to narrow down our choices. Andrey also negotiated with other realtors in regards to properties and did an amazing job gathering background information from individual properties. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with him. Though stressful looking for a new home, Andrey made it less so. I truly appreciate his work and how his life experiences in patient care and customer service contributed to his real estate finesse and people skills. He is awesome!
