Tim is that rare person who can combine professional, detailed knowledge into a user-friendly approach in such a way that can turn an extremely daunting task like buying a new home into a fun, almost exciting experience. He is a no-pressure type of person who's more interested in finding you a home that's right for you than making a sale, and if you talk to him, you'll find that's the part of home buying that he genuinely seems to enjoy the most: connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals. In getting to know Tim, I learned he's been in the real estate business for over a decade, and knows the ins and outs of the market in Phoenix well. He can quickly tell you if a house is going for too much or is a good deal, and how to craft a winning offer. One of the things I appreciated most was the little touches he added to my experience. Tim was always available, whether by phone, text, or email, and ready to help answer any questions I had along the way (and I had a lot--this was my first time buying a home). He's the type of guy who genuinely seems to go above and beyond for his clients. When we toured houses, he'd point out features and why they were significant, and was always quick to ask me things I liked and things I didn't. When I found a house I liked only to learn they were reviewing offers later that afternoon, he worked with my lender to get my offer in on time. When the seller was missing paperwork, all I had to do was mention it to Tim and he took care of it. Through it all, he seemed to quickly pick up on what I wanted vs. what I didn't, and never pressured me to make an offer, even when I was uncertain. The right house will come along, he'd say. When you see it, you'll know. And as it turns out, I'm writing this review from the right house for me: a 3 bedroom 2 bath that checked all the boxes that were important to me: close to parks and good biking areas, not too far from work, with a nice yard a perfect patio to relax under after a long day's work. Tim's even checked in on me a few times after the sale to make sure everything was going well. Buying a house is a stressful and difficult process, especially if it's your first time. There is so much to consider, so it's almost overwhelming just figuring out how to get started! That's why I think finding the right person to help you along the way is paramount. Working with Tim was a pleasure. He's a great guy, a great realtor, and the person I'll be recommending to my friends in the future.
