Felicia exceeded all expectations for the sale of our home. We interviewed 3 other realtors and after meeting Felicia the decision was easy. She knew the intricacies of our floor plan and specific comparisons to the other homes in our development, The Estates at Del Sur, and surrounding areas to Del Sur from Santaluz to Fairbanks Ranch, which made her a specialist who could answer potential buyers questions.
