Alex did an exceptional job helping us finding the rental apartment we are thrilled about. It was clear that he had thoroughly researched several neighborhoods in several local cities. He listened carefully to us and showed us properties that conformed to our critera and had several features that went beyond what we had listed. He had great negotiating skills. You could tell every client is impotant to him. He was very helpful during the application process. He effectively communicates to you what he has learned what the owner is looking for so you can put your best foot forward. Alex always makes himself avaiable to answer any and all questions promptly even though you can tell he has a very full schedule. He was a delight to work with and we will be sure sure to work with whenever we might be looking for if we decide at some point to move.
