Joy and Melissa (on Joy's team) helped us buy a 4bedroom SFH in Flower Mound area in May, 2014. We live in SF bay area and were making this purchase for investment. We interviewed a few agents, including referrals, as part of this process before choosing to work with Joy.Joy and team were very responsive and great in communications, which was critical as most transaction was done remotely. We made a weekend trip to view available properties. Melissa was ready with a list of shortlisted properties and spent half the day showing us houses. Offer was ready by end of day and under contract the next day.We also felt good with negotiating as Joy was able to get the price lowered based on appraisal. She and Melissa also did the walk-through and are helping us rent the house after closing. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.
