There are no words to describe how great working with Joy was. I'm a single female who was looking for her first home. I wasn't even sure of where I wanted to live much less what I wanted in a house. After several contracts that didn't come to pass and two years of looking, I finally found the perfect home for me & my offer was accepted!! The day before the appraisal, I was informed by my apartment that the rate quoted to me to get out of my lease was now 3times more?!?!? When I called Joy crying & telling her I couldn't go through with the sale. She told me not to worry. She drove from Flower Mound to Irving with snacks in hand to tell the property manager all I had been through in my home search and what this home meant to me. They agreed to work with me to rent my apartment & make a payment plan. I couldn't believe it!!!! She was amazing & kept my dream alive. Without her hard work and dedication I wouldn't be closing on my first home today!! I would recommend all my friends, family & colleagues to Joy anytime. Thank you Joy!!!
