My wife and I could not be happier with our experience dealing with Joy to buy our first home together. Our utmost gratitude and thanks go out to Joy for the magic she worked in order to get us into our home. Even though we were fairly new to Texas, our search criteria was quite specific and limited to the small area of Northwood Hills in North Dallas. To say the least, it was going to be a challenge. It was Joys responsiveness that first stood out from every other realtor we had met with and/or contacted. On a whim, we took the advice of a friend and reached out to Joy via email expecting to hear back in a few days since we knew she was on vacation with her family. It only took a few hours before Joy had replied to our email and the rest was history. Ill admit that we had high expectations and were a bit hesitant as we had talked with a number of other realtors that talked a big game but never delivered. On the contrary, Joy returned emails, phone calls, and texts immediately. But mainly, it was Joys work ethic, honesty, and openness that secured our trust in her.
