Angel vs Agent. My expectations were exceeded. Gladis put my faith back in perspective by letting me know that God sent me an angel. Gladis took time with me and had faith in me when others didn't. Specifically I'm sure I had the longest escrow in history but my credit was in need of life support and massive surgery which led to my successful purchase of my first home. Regardless of the time of day, no matter the hour she either made time or called me right back. She'd even drop by to make sure that I didn't give up. Family is what you make of it and my family is a strong network of truly sincere honest people. Gladis has been added to my family and my family to hers. If you want an agent pick Gladis you won't regret it. If you just want to have a business experience with an agent I suggest you rethink that and pick Gladis...We are eternally grateful for our new home and everything she did.
