I highly recommend using Ryan Coler to those of you who have children & are buying your first home. My sons dad and I used Ryan & he sold us our families first home. I learned first hand how patient/personable he is from the first day when he showed us a house. He answered all of my questions before I even had to ask. He showed us homes based off the criteria my boyfriend at the time wanted & took into consideration the concerns I had for our 2 yr old son regarding floor plans/layouts. If you want a realtor who cares more about you & helping your family benefit then I?d choose Ryan. He is nothing like the other realtors we tried using prior to finding him..they cared more about a quick sale then actually helping us. Ryan was the perfect person to help our family find the right houses to look at in the best neighborhoods for our son to grow up in.
