When it came time to sell our Cape Coral vacation home we entrusted our interests to Mr. Bernie Stiller of Remax. As we interviewed and assessed realtors Bernie impressed us with his integrity and professionalism. He presented a well researched and factual argument for his listing proposal. He made it clear that his intent was not simply to list our home but to sell it as quickly as possible for the best price the market would bear. He told us exactly the price range at which our house would sell and told us we could list it higher but not with him so we could hate some other realtor when it didnt sell. Bernie told us that his moto was to sell our home at the best price possible as quickly as possible. Our many years of experience (yes we are old) tells us that some realtors promise and some deliver. Well Bernie definitely delivers! From list to close was 7 (seven) days. Yes seven! And did we dramatically compromise to get that quick close ? NO. Bernie sold our home for 1.7% less than asking price and closed in 7 days. During those 7 days not a single day passed that Bernie did not contact us to keep us informed of his progress. Most any agent promises results .. Bernie delivers!
