We werent the most prepared or decisive sellers, but Bernie was patient and informative every step of the way, going beyond merely representing us in the sales process.Wed connected with Bernie through a recommendation from our realtor Brittney Hunt in Northern Virginia. Wed had our Florida home for nearly 11 years and were finally ready to get our from underwater on a mortgage we made in 2008 before the trough of the crash.We arent a well organized or fastidious family, and our house was well lived in when Bernie first saw it last October.
