My husband and I couldn't have had a better experience from beginning to end everything went smooth. After us having two bad experiences with other realtors we were delighted in working with Bobbi. She is very knowledgeable of the area, is professional, was patient with us and listened to our needs and wants. Bobbi knew exactly what we were looking for, we did see some homes virtual but when we went out looking for the first time we found our new home! We would have never secured our home in this crazy market if not for Bobbi's insight and hard work. She went above and beyond, when Jamesburg/Monroe experienced a flood we became very concerned how the home we just put an offer on would be affected, Bobbi contacted the seller to see if the home was affected, (even though we weren't in a flood zone many homes nearby got affected)again she went above and beyond. Once we moved in she still was just a phone call away if I had any questions. First week i moved in i experienced no hot water, I called Bobbi to recommend me someone to check it out instead she and her husband came over and fixed a simple issue we had, again going above and beyond. Bobbi is amazing and truly is a pleasure to work with she really cared for us and treated us like family. Thank you Bobbi your the best!
