We had been "unofficially" houseshopping for a few months. Attending open houses and chatting with the various realitors. We liked Carol Carey from the minute we chatted with her. What cemented her with us though was she was the only person who remembered us when we saw her again at another open house. We were annoying first time home buyers. Carol was nothing but professional and helpful in helping us find our dream home. She didn't complain when we changed our search perameters midway through our search. She must have shown us 20+ homes and we completed more than 3 offers before finally having one accepted. Once accepted, Carol was extremly helpful in finding us an inspector and a termite inspection. She even offered to be present for the inpsections so that we didn't have to take time off of work. We ran into escrow problems when the bank we were buying from tried to change the terms of our purchase a few days before close of escrow. Carol was prompt and professional keeping us updated on what was happening. Once escorw closed and we moved in, she even stopped by to make sure we were ok in our new home and see if she could do anything else for us. I highly recommend Carol and her collegues at RC Reality.
