We contacted Luci Hawes as she was the listing agent for a house we liked. We had to move from a rental ASAP and didn't have a real estate agent.I called Luci and left a message which she returned in under 5 minutes. I was very stressed as I didn't know if we would be able to buy a house in the short time we had. The idea of renting again and uprooting my very sensitive children had me feeling on the edge of a breakdown.We made an appointment to see the house the next day.Luci was able to represent both my family and the sellers. I always felt that she had my best interest in mind. She was always transparent and totally available.This was our first house so I had a ton of questions and Luci had answers. The whole transaction went down exactly as she told me it would. She has such a positive, honest, hard-working spirit that had I not been such a worry wart, I might have enjoyed the process.
