Ann is extremely knowledgeable about all things real estate (from locating houses in your area and budget to scheduling showings to walking you through all the paperwork). Buying a home is such a stressful time, especially when relocating from out of state and not knowing too much about any one area. Ann's expertise made our experience as stress-free as possible and we appreciated how much she allowed us to lean on her during the process. Nothing was ever "a problem"; she tirelessly answered our numerous questions, accommodated our travel schedule, e-mailed listings to us daily, made recommendations and pointed out pros and cons of each house we visited. It never was about making a sale, it was about finding us a house we could call home. On a personal level, Ann is such a cheerful, honest presence that you can easily forget she is your realtor. At times it was like looking at houses with a good friend!
