Nancy made buying and selling our homes easy. Selecting Nancy Reynolds as my real estate broker was simple. I have worked with Nancy over the years and found that her work ethic, attention to detail and concern for her client is second to none. Nancy listens to your thoughts, desires and needs then makes it a personal goal to make sure each is completely fulfilled. I won't hesitate to use Nancy for all of my future real estate needs. I have purchased and sold numerous homes over the years. My recent sale, managed by Nancy Reynolds was seamless and easy throughout. Each timeline was met and often early. The estimates were all nearly exact. I was introduced to "e signature" which was fantastic. Mostly, I tend to have a lot of questions during an escrow process and whether it was email or phone call, Nancy responded quickly and thoroughly to each of my concerns. She truly cares about her clientele. I wish there were higher marks on a couple of these! In this day and age of electronic communication, Nancy makes it seem like the "olden days" with personal communication. I will use Nancy Reynolds exclusively for all of my real estate needs. As first time home buyers, we loved working with Nancy. We were definitely picky and Nancy allowed us to move at our own pace. We probably saw quite a few houses before we were even ready to start making offers. While we worked our way up to getting ready to start making offers, Nancy quietly helped us get up to speed with the entire home buying process and what to expect. She walked us through multiple disclosures and getting us ready to learn how to read them and to how to look for the hidden details. Even as we started getting into pandemic lockdowns, Nancy was able to line up quite a few showings for us when it was possible to get back into our home search. We quickly got to making our first offers in what was soon starting to become a competitive market again. When our dream home came up, Nancy was quick in following up to get our offer accepted mid-week before it got to additional showings over the weekend. Once the offer was accepted, it was a seamless process as Nancy guided us through the escrow process and we finally got the keys to our new home. Post closing, Nancy continued to stay engaged, helping us through some initial work to be done before we moved in, and continues to stay in touch. Nancy is very responsive and has been around for any and all of our questions. She continues to stay in touch to make sure we had everything we needed.
