Words cannot describe how incredible working with Tracy was. We actually started with a different realtor from another realty company prior to meeting Tracy and we were very unimpressed but then when we got connected with Tracy it was a night and day difference with her dedication and enthusiasm to find us the perfect home. This was our first home buying experience and we were ALL over the place with what we thought we wanted. And I mean all over the place - we were looking in 6 different cities (basically anything North Dallas), wanting to make multiple offers but then having second thoughts at the last minute and backing out, and went from wanting a new build to buying a home built in the 70s. I don't know how Tracy didn't just drop us but she has patience like no one I've met before. Aside from her professionalism and how good she is at what she does, you immediately will feel a connection with her. I kept telling my husband that I wanted to be friends with Tracy even after we bought our home. My only hesitation in writing this is that word will spread and she'll be too busy to help us when we are ready to sell this home and buy our next one, because we absolutely 100% without a doubt will be using Tracy again. :)
