We were fortunate to work with Anna Fine and her team on the purchase of an investment property in Santa Clara, and this was one of the best experiences weve ever had buying a house in a very competitive Bay Area. Anna knew that we are looking for a house to become either our primary residence or an investment property, but never pushed or hurried us while we were trying to figure out a location, timing or purpose of the purchase. At the same time, she was very open about status of the market and how it changed daily. But when a good opportunity came up, Anna was there showing us the property within literally minutes and skillfully navigating the process of writing an offer and negotiating the best deal the next day. She also introduced us to a mortgage specialist who offered a very competitive mortgage rate, at the time when rates doubled from their recent numbers. The whole process can be quite stressful, especially when it comes to bidding and timing it all correctly, but Annas calm and practical advice allowed us to have it done without a hitch. Anna goes above and beyond your regular agent being very responsive, giving advice and answering questions at every step both before and after closing. She possesses a rare combination of energy and calm demeanor which are both so needed when buying a property.

Let me start first by saying that not only do we have a house now in the heart of Silicon Valley because of Anna, but we also became passive real estate investors thanks to her! She is simply a miracle worker ! When we met Anna last year in December , we werent even sure if we would be able to buy a house in the US. Our situation was not standard and we didnt even know if we would qualify for a mortgage. Anna guided us patiently through the entire process. She reached out to multiple lenders trying to find the best mortgage option for us and made sure we got fully pre-approved to guarantee that once we find the right property, we can actually close on it. She showed us many homes all over the Bay Area and gave us her genuine opinion. She was very patient and honest with us the entire time and gave us regular updates about what was happening on the market. When the market started to change we knew it was our chance to buy!
