We had specific requirements for a home, including a large ADA mother-in-law-suite, we preferred a renovation project (cost effective and we could make it our own), and we were looking within a very specific area. Shawna really understood what we were looking for and after seeing only five great possibilities, we were able to identify just the right home within a short time frame. We selected a home in foreclosure, so the negotiations and paper work requirements were different than a traditional sale. Shawna was fantastic at handling all the documentation and explaining clearly the steps as we went along.
