I unconditionally recommend Ryan Desch. He is experienced, intelligent, knowledgeable, and highly conscientious. In January 2022, he listed our house in Lawrence, took outstanding photos, hosted a busy open-house, and communicated with us regularly during three solid days of showings (we had moved to a motel). The property was under contract after 3 days, at the price we wanted. He guided us candidly through inspection and appraisal. The title company agent said that when she sees Ryan?s name on a file for closing, she breathes a sigh of relief ? she knows everything will have been done exactly right. My husband and I have used a number of different realtors over the years, and I can tell you that, from start to finish, Ryan?s professionalism was exceptional. But there?s more. Ryan and Katie (his wife and partner) operate their business (R+K) using a cutting-edge model that enables them to charge much lower commission fees, while still giving customers full and complete services. The commissions for our transaction were $9,000 less than they would have been using conventional real estate sales agents. They do this by cutting back overhead and maximizing the use of technology. Everything in our relationship with Ryan Desch truly exceeded our expectations. Hes great guy and has established an impressive and innovative business.

My wife and I enlisted Ryan during our house search between the spring and fall of 2014. Ryan struck my as an honest and straight forward agent. My wife and I are grad students and as such we were not in the market for a top level home. Nevertheless, Ryan showed us the same attention and courtesy that I expect the higher priced buyers are accustomed to. My wife and I have owned two homes before this - both on the lower end of the price spectrum. In both cases I would describe our realtors as ephemeral. The last one didnt even stay but 5 minutes at the closing; It was obvious she had better things to do. Ryan was not like this at all, he was responsive during the negotiation process, and was there with me at every inspection. Even though he is fairly new, he does not blow off tough questions, but finds the answer, and for that, (and the other things mentioned above) I enthusiastically recommend him.

We just recently partnered with Ryan Desch at R+K Real Estate Solutions to sell our house, and we are so pleased with our choice.
