Lindsay was the perfect realtor for us! One of my priorities in working with folks is communication and responsiveness - she exceeded these expectations far beyond what I even imagined. She was patient with my question-asking, clarifying, and high need to know; in fact, she naturally provides information and knowledge in such a thorough way on the front end and throughout the process that I found myself not even asking my typical amount of questions. She is wonderful at offering her feedback and honest thoughts about the homes during showings that allayed worries at times while other times drew attention to things to be concerned about. It was not uncommon to find her crouching into spaces with her cellphone flashlight looking at HVAC systems and other things! She is truly a gem - professional at all times yet brings her personableness in a way that helped us to feel we were in safe hands of someone we could fully trust and advocate for us during all steps of the process. Little did we know at the start of this process that wed find our lifelong realtor, and a friend.

I worked with Lindsay to purchase my first home. Had no idea what I was doing and Lindsay was super helpful to guide me along. The homes get posted and disappear very quick, so Lindsay was always ready and available to get showings set up. We had showings during the week and on the weekends. She was helpful in pointing out the good and bad, and had a great understanding of what I was looking for in my future home. Once I was ready to make an offer, Lindsay was on top of it right away. Again, I didn't really know what I was doing here, so she was able to guide me through it. We had the offer submitted the same day we had the showing. Not too surprising, but we ended up submitting a couple of these before getting one accepted. Lindsay had the offer ready to go within a day every time. After we got an accepted offer, Lindsay was able to help negotiate and get a couple thousand dollars covered by the seller. Overall, a great experience, even in the mess of the current housing market. Definitely recommend working with Lindsay.

My husband and I had worked with Becky Quinby twice before. Once buying our first rental property, and once selling our condo before we moved to Oregon. Becky was not the owner of Quinby and Webb when we used her as the agent to find our rental property. But the great experience we had with her then, is what made us decide to use her as the listing agent for our condo. Again, this experience was excellent. Her communications were transparent and clear, she seemed to genuinely care about our outcome and whether we were happy with it, and addressed every concern we had with thorough and skilled answers. We believed we had a positive relationship and that we could trust her to represent us as an agent with our best interests in mind should we ever need a real estate broker in the future. These positive experiences are what made us choose Quinby and Webb last fall to sell our rental property in order to reinvest in other opportunities. Our previous experiences made us sure we couldnt be making a better choice. We could not have been more wrong! This experience was shockingly different! Most of the communications were opaque, felt as though information was being deliberately kept from us, and many of our questions and concerns were either made light of, or went completely unanswered. The worst part about this transaction is that it felt as though Quinby and Webb were doing more to represent the buyers interests rather than ours. Many times when we attempted to address concerns with Becky, responses consisted of denials, insults, veiled threats of litigation, and a aEURoegotchaaEUR? approach. While our communications with Quinby and Webb were not perfect, we are not the real estate agents. We were supposed to be able to rely on them as the listing agent to work for our best interests; that is there job and what anyone hires a listing agent for. At the end of the day, it felt as though Becky would do anything to get the best deal for herself, even if she had to resort to suing us. We will never use them again. If we thought it would be at all productive, we would file an ethics complaint because no seller should have to go through what we went through. While she broke no laws and can cover her tracks (so to speak) Becky made the process of selling our investment property a nightmare! This review is our experience and not to be taken as advice
