Dave walked me through the buying process from start to finish. He showed great patience with us, even when our first deal on a house fell through. Once we put in a bid on our house, he was able to bring the sellers down to our price by negotiating over the course of a week. He was able to show the sellers small and large details, and convince them of our concerns, which eventually led us to purchase our house for an incredible price. Dave's professionalism and dedication to his clients continue even after closing. For example, the sellers took fixtures from our house, and Dave immediately was in contact with their agent. Within a few days, all of the fixtures were returned with an apology letter from the sellers. Additionally, Dave's assistant Terri was in constant communication. When Dave couldn't get back to us within a few hours, Terri was on the phone or e-mailing us to remedy any problems or answer questions.I will recommend Dave to everyone in the area looking for an agent. Dave and Terri make a great team and make the buying process as painless as possible.
