Chance did such an amazing job of finding several different home options within my budget. Anytime I reviewed a new house online that I liked, he would drop everything and meet me at the property to show it to me and point out all the pros and cons with a realistic and honest approach. He never sugar-coated the situation to "make a deal" and wanted to make sure I was 110% in LOVE with the property before I made an offer. When we found the house for me, Chance worked directly with my mortgage lender to make all the arrangements, was in constant communication with all parties involved and was giving me daily updates on our progress. Before I knew it, I was signing papers and calling new house "mine." The process was so smooth I felt like the papers practically signed themselves. He even made sure my closing date was in time for me to go on my annual family vacation to Rockin' the Rivers, which, I know, was not an easy task!
