I lived 5 states away from the home i was trying to sell. Jane was unable to sell my house and on top of that she was not straightforward on the pricing of my home. I have my home up for sale now for a good solid two years and she had the home for nearly 60% of the time and showed many people the home and had terrible reviews.. (not sure if she was showing the wrong people or what). Then about 2/3 of the total time she had my home she was selling the house based on what I told her I thought was a fair price for a listing ... I did ask her for her opinion since she is the "professional" and she said yes lets start at that fair price. but 8 months later said "that she told me the price of my home was way too high and that she claimed that she told me many times (untrue). So we immediately changed the price of the home by a good 12% lower. This didn't help sell and she held one open house and three people showed up and all of them were nosy neighbors , in her words. She seemed bothered when I contacted her about the house and just kept telling me we are doing good. Only one person was interested to buy the home and she scared them away on their second visit by not having any answers about the home. Which once again i was just a phone call away to help inform her .... if she even cared to know. Jane may be helpful in buying a home.. but for selling steer away from her if you actually want to sell the home.
