My wife and I can not recommend Lanissa more highly. Lanissa, is in a league of her own in terms of market knowledge. She was a blessing to have during our transition across country. I think our homebuying process threw everything possible at Lanissa. She handled it all wonderfully with such poise. She was patient, answered all of our questions, eased our worries, and was always available. Lanissa is refreshingly open and honest. We loved that she took the time to truly get to know us and what we wanted. She was not willing to let us settle for anything less than the perfect home, regardless of it taking more of her time. Furthermore, she has a wealth of resources and an amazing network of true professionals for every single step of the process from home loan, inspection, repairs, you name it. She was such a pleasure to get to know and work with. She made what is typically a stressful time, a very pleasant experience. Wouldnt use anyone else!
