I recently worked with Joe to purchase a house in Avalon and I could have not asked for a better experience. From the initial meeting and discussion through the search, negotiation, settlement and even now with some follow-ups, Joe has provided top-notch service. He always made me feel like his #1 client, willing to go beyond the extra mile. He was very knowledgeable of the island, the current market and historical trends. I always felt he was very honest and genuine, unlike some other agents I have come across over the years. Even though our "official" relationship is over, Joe still volunteers to meet workers and service people at the house when I can't be there, which I am not sure other agents on the island would do the same! I can't say enough about how happy I was with the entire experience and if your are considering selling or purchasing in Avalon, you should think of Joe Bulter.

When I met Joe about a year ago, I was looking for a realtor in Avalon New Jersey that I could relate to and, hopefully, enjoy spending time with, because I anticipated that it could take a lot of looking to find the real estate I wanted to purchase. I wanted someone who would communicate the way I did by text or email when appropriate, but by a real phone call when necessary. I wanted someone who was a good listener and would try to understand my (perhaps unique) real estate objectives. Joe came very highly recommended, and I could tell in our first, very long, phone conversation that he was the perfect person for me to work with. He has been proving that ever since! Joe was always willing to look at things from my perspective and spent many hours showing me potential investment properties in Avalon and Stone Harbor. When I changed tactics midstream, he was right there with me. He was instrumental in accomplishing all the requirements leading up to and including a less than simple closing, and has continued to be helpful in every way, large and small, in getting the new property ready for the rental season.
