I have bought 14 properties over the last 25 years ( and sold a few) both as a home owner and as an investor so have dealt with a lot of realtors. Debbie and Mike are the best ever. When I contacted them to see about one of their listings they immediately made an appointment within hours to look at it. It turned out to be not what I wanted but I was so impressed with them that I asked them to help me look at some others. I made an offer on another, a foreclosure, that took frustratingly long to get a response on, over 3 weeks. Debbie was patient but proactive in making phone calls to try to get a response from the seller. When the offer was turned down, another came on the market which I ended up buying and closed very quickly with Debbie's help. She was always quick to make the calls that were needed to get information to answer my questions and concerns and to get back to me quickly by text, email, or phone. Mike also was very helpful in looking at some of the properties and helping with making my own inspection of the one I purchased. I would recommend them highly to anyone either buying or selling, and I would of course use them again
