Elliott isn't just our real estate agent, he has become a true friend. We first met him when we were looking for our first home in Richmond. He was patient and incredibly helpful in the home buying process: he helped us think through things we didn't know we needed to consider, like proximity to major roads or the dryness of a crawl space; he connected us to great service providers, and he showed, even in little ways. his genuine care for us. This year (Spring 2022), we suddenly decided to sell our home. He was with us each step of the way. He guided us in how to best show our home (the stager and photographer he works with definitely drove traffic to our house), he advertised our home's sale tastefully (even the Providence Hill "For Sale" sign is pretty), he was easily available for questions and often called just to check in on us and see how we were feeling about it all. And probably the most helpful thing - he sorted through the nuances of many different offers for us - making it much less of a headache and maximizing the value from the sale of our home.
