Sam Thomas, from the Providence Realty Group, was a first class agent. He was helping me find a home in Texas while I was still in living in NY. He would go and take videos of any home I was interested in and would post videos on Youtube for me to look at. Each time I flew down to TX, he personally showed me every home and always had cold drinks to keep me hydrated in the Texas heat. He spent a considerable amount of time educating me on everything I needed to know about Texas homes including pools and spas. He knew everything about the neighborhood, near by schools, and shopping areas.Sam is also a very precise person in the way he conducts business. For each house I was interested, he had his team prepare information packets containing listing information, permit history, insurance claim history, property disclosures, and comps. This information was very helpful in negotiating and understanding what price to offer.Sam's agency also has many other very competent and capable people. Sam connected me with Bailey Funke to assist with the closing process and she was on top of every little detail making sure everyone did their piece on time. Actually, Bailey did so many things for me that I can't list them all here.You will not find a better agent than Sam or a better agency than the Providence Realty Group. Lastly, Sam makes the best homemade cookies!
