We were so lucky to have Sam as our home agent. It was our first time to buy a new construction home in US and because of Sam it became possible to be a home owner. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and knows minute details of all the steps involved in home buying. Sam advised us time to time and stood with us on every step of the process. He followed up with the builder regularly regarding construction progress and even with the city to find out that city's website has a typo in the tax rates and came up with the accurate tax rates to avoid any confusion. Sam is extremely patient and he guided us through some of the very stressful situations. He was part of all the home inspections and was very upfront regarding the issues which needed to be fixed before closing. Sam gave us many useful instructions and tips even after closing. Sam was our first point of contact for any home related matter and we trusted him without any hesitation. Overall it was a great experience working with Sam and without him it would have been much difficult for us to become a first time home owner.
