I highly recommend choosing David above whoever else youve researched. Heres why - We met David by calling on one of his listings at 6:45pm on a Friday evening, he was there to show us around in less than 10 minutes. My wife and I felt very safe throughout the entire purchasing process and never felt pressured to move forward on anything. The people David has in his network (appraisers, inspectors, lenders etc.) are all amazing people dedicated to their craft. David connected us with a mortgage lender, Aaron Payne, who made it extremely easy to do all the paperwork. Aaron would always give us clear timelines on when he needed what papers done and even drove out of his way to meet my wife and me to grab time sensitive papers. We submitted an offer on a house and paid for an inspection (the inspector was referred by Mr. Rose). The report was extremely detailed and a little overwhelming to say the least. As first time home buyers we didnt really know if it would be a good idea to move forward and we felt confident enough in David to ask what he would do if he were in our shoes. Long story short we found a different home and closed on it. Throughout the entire process I felt like David Rose had my familys best interest in mind and its no wonder all of his clients have left great reviews for him. If you have even half the experience Ive had with David, youll be very happy you picked him to represent you.

Buying a home for the first time independently is an intimidating process. I met, David Rose, through the viewing of a home he had listed. David was very respectful of both me and my mother who was along for the ride. David was very knowledgeable of the area in which I was looking to buy a home. He listened to my needs, payed close attention to the decorative style of home that I preferred and stayed within the price range I could afford. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. He moved at a pace which allowed me to feel confident that I would be in my new home at just the right time. Understanding my unique circumstances with a neurologically disabled husband, David stepped in and advocated for me. He accommodated my circumstances by making himself available to meet with both the inspector and appraiser of the home I was purchasing, when I was not in the position to do so. I felt as though I had a brother who had my back. David was not willing to settle for conditions that may cause me a hardship in the future. Without a doubt, I will be calling David in the future for my real estate needs. I would gladly refer David to my family and friends knowing that I have every confidence in him to meet their needs.
