Wow! Ray Spaziani just hit back-to-back home runs for us! In just 5 months, in a slow market, Ray alerted us to the need to sell our West Haven home for a big shoreline development. Then he quickly and diligently sold our house and closed on our dream home in just 5 months! My boyfriend and I knew nothing about real estate before Ray came over on a Saturday to introduce himself. Well, after setting us up with software to look at homes on our own, and personally showing us over a dozen houses - all the hidden ins-and-outs we'd have missed - Ray hit the ball "out of the park" for us on a difficult foreclosure property. Ray sold our home for a great price and closed on our dream home (on the same day) for an even better deal! We are perhaps $100K better off on the flip, today, than in April. It was an absolute pleasure working with Raymond Spaziani! My fiance and I were first time home buyers with little knowledge of the market in the New Haven area. Ray showed us so many houses (I'm very picky- thank for your constant patience and perseverance for finding us exactly what we were looking for, Ray!). Despite having an unrealistic list of wants and needs and a small budget, Ray found us the perfect house in such a short period of time with everything on our checklist and even more!! Other real estate agents may just want to sell you any house - Ray genuinely wants to sell you a home! Ray is also very knowledgeable about the area and the construction of homes which was an asset to a first time home buyer like myself! He is very responsive no matter if it was days, nights, or on the weekends which was so important in this market. I would definitely work with Ray again in the future.
