My husband and I worked with Mike to purchase our first home. It was a great experience from beginning to end! We actually worked with several other agents in New England states and always felt like we were in good hands with Mike. We appreciated his professionalism, experience, knowledgeability, and guidance through the whole process. As we had never purchased before, we had many questions about the whole homebuying process. Mike always patiently answered every question and had wonderful recommendations for other professionals involved in the process (mortgage officer, inspector, lawyer). When viewing houses, we especially appreciated Mike's construction/flipping experience bringing our attention and providing expertise about the "less glamorous" (but still important or expensive!) aspects of homes, like utility systems and possible repairs needed in the future. Mike's guidance was always fair, honest, and helpful. I never felt like I was being "sold" on a particular property and always felt like he was on our side to help us find the home that was right for us. He helped us navigate making an offer that got us a great deal on our house! Mike was always available and very responsive to calls, texts, and questions we had. We so appreciated working with him and would choose to work with Mike again in a heartbeat! On a side note, we are a tight knit family and have 2 young children that came with us to every home viewing, inspection, and meeting, and Mike always treated them with kindness and respect, not as nuisances, (as some professionals have done in the past). I greatly appreciated this and think it says a lot about what type of kind human being Mike is in addition to being a wonderful professional! If you work with Mike, you will not be disappointed!

We met Mike and his colleague while viewing an open house in our area. He was very down to earth and easy to talk with. Being first-time home-buyers, we were a little hesitant to work with someone who was a relatively new realtor but Mikes experience renovating and flipping homes proved to be very valuable to us as first-time buyers. In addition to mentoring me in the ways of home ownership and home improvement, Mikes experience allowed him to key us into potential issues and problems that could come up in a home inspection before we even got to that point. It was great to be looking at a potential home with someone who really knew what was going on under the walls. Mike is also not afraid to get into the nitty-gritty, taking me up into the attic to look at what was going on up there (on one occasion we found bathroom vent that werent even attached to the side of the house). When attending an open house with him, we found that he was asking important questions about the houses heating systems or structures that the showing realtor didnt have an answer to and we were proud to have him working on our side and thinking about these things. Mike was always responsive and flexible when it came to scheduling visits and often gave us ideas and options when viewing houses that match 100% of our wish list. He never rushed us and often encouraged us to look at the numbers and make sure we were comfortable with everything before moving forward. Mike was even able to make some recommendations for us when it came to financing that saved us money and got us a great interest rate without having to pay mortgage points. His connections and relationships in this industry were just as valuable as his experience. Whether you are a first-time home-buyer looking for some guidance in a crazy and complicated process or you are looking to find your next home and want to have some peace of mind, Mike is the realtor you want looking out for you!
