We hired David Restic first as our rental property manager, then as our seller agent when we decided to sell the house. In both capacities David did and excellent job, and we highly recommend him. He helped guide us through an eviction process and because of him it was much less painful both to us and the renters. We live out of state and David handled all contractors who had to to come in to do various work in the house, including meeting with utility companies techs. When the time came to sell the house, David did a great job of preparing the house for sale and we got a great offer in record time.
