I selected Soraya to be my realtor to purchase a home. My experience went from good to horrible in a short time. I provided many details on what I was looking for. The first day we met we saw seven homes. None were sufficient. One home had no closets. Some homes were in mediocre neighborhoods with less than average renovations. During the entire time, the listings she sent for review didnt meet the mark. The second time we met they were two houses I found. Soraya always dealt with me after hours. I finally found a home, on my own, and I wanted her to prepare the offer. She delayed the process for days with her always calling to saying he would contact me after 5pm-6pm. She doesnt have significant experience, she didnt treat me as a priority, she assumed too much and toward the end her nice personality became very cras. After I ended our services, I found out that updates she gave me on some homes were Lies. In one case, it was a new home of which I could have purchased, which is rare in Nassau County. Overall, she only cares about listings and honestly, her negligence has delayed my process, Especially during a time where the homes in Nassau county were still in the 4s. Do not recommend. Youll do all the work.
