We recently worked with Brenda and Brad Chandler of the Property Peddlers Team to sell my Mother's home. After considering selling the home on our own, we quickly realized the time commitment involved. Brenda and Brad relieved us of all that stress! From our initial meeting with them, they were both very responsive, honest and professional. They were very knowledgeable and straightforward walking us through the process. They expected the house to sell in 6 weeks and told us how much we should ask. They were spot on. Brenda quickly brought in a professional photographer and videographer to showcase the home on- line. Job well done! Brenda was always willing to meetup with the different contractors needed to prepare the house for sale when I wasn't available. Even after the sale closed, I contacted Brenda for some information and she was more than happy to help!
