Neil responded to our interest in a house listed for sale. He was able to promptly meet with us to show us the house and had plenty of information on hand about it. We did not end up making an offer on that first house viewed, but Neil made himself available for any house we requested to view. Most impressive was how quickly he could collect information about different properties, his knowledge regarding structural condition and building requirements, and his eye for detail in noting potential concerns. He was always available by phone or email and responded very quickly to questions and requests. He had terrific suggestions for negotiating the closing deal for the home we ultimately purchased, and he referred us to our lender. We LOVE our new house, and we're very thankful for Neil's professional assistance in the process of acquiring it.

Neil is a very knowledgeable guy to go to when it comes to buying a house. I realized after meeting with him for the first time, this guy knows his stuff real well. He came to meet my wife and I the first time well prepared. He knew a lot of all basic construction knowledge which makes him pretty unique compare to three other agents that I worked with and didn't like. As I mentioned, this man would come to you with his finished homework. By the time we found the right house after we looked and drove everywhere, my wife and I were really happy because Neil helped to get everything going smoothly with the loan and the seller. He also recommended me to Don, the most knowledgeable home inspector that came to help us pointing out a lot of things, let's say we got a home for a really good deal. There are a lot of people out there calling themselves realtors but when it comes to buying or selling a home Neil got us a nice home and I'm a hard person when buying a house. If we can afford another one we'd definitely go back to him again, I know I put him through a lot but he's a hard worker.
