Peggie helped us to successfully buy our new home and sell our existing one in an overlapping pair of transactions. And she did this during the hectic period of coronavirus stay-at-home rules which made viewing and listing houses especially difficult. She is intimately familiar with the western suburbs, and showed us houses from Elmhurst to Downers Grove to Wheaton and everything in between. She helped us through inspections, negotiation and attorney reviews as both buyers and sellers. As buyers, she had tips we never would have thought of as we looked at properties. And for the house we sold she helped guide us in spending just enough and on just the right areas before we listed the house so we'd attract the most buyer interest and maximize our return on the sale. Peggie was excellent to work with. She listened very well to our needs and provided great options for us to look at. Peggie was very communicative and easy to reach through email, text, and phone as we were relocating from out of state. She spent an entire weekend with us when we were only in town for two days to look for a house. She was flexible when we had last minute requests, and she guided us through the buying process very effectively. Our house was in the final stages of closing when the quarantine began, and she was able to address and answer all our concerns during the unprecedented time. Peggie was very helpful in providing information and good contacts for cleaners, plumbers, and various services for the house.
