Moving from Florida to Oak Park IL was no easy undertaking. Probably the best part of the whole journey was selecting Jen Romolo as our agent in IL. From August 2020 to closing in February 2021, Jen was with us every step of the way. To say that she went aEURoeabove and beyondaEUR? would be a gross understatement. Jen is extremely knowledgeable about the local area near Chicago and was very effective in helping us pinpoint the PERFECT neighborhood to zero in on that suited our personalities and needs. In addition, Jen is extremely accessible and, believe me, there were a few occasions where she counseled me off the edge when it seemed as if our dream to relocate to Oak Park was not going to happen. Jen is very personable, has a great sense of perception and (this is invaluable) is completely honest and forthright about homes that were for sale. She never let us make stupid mistakes or impulsive decisions. Jen will tell you whats up and not just tell you what you want to hear.
