Our first time home buyers experience went flawlessly when we switched to Jen. We were assigned a realtor when we went to view a property through another agency so we just went along with it not knowing any better. After a few weeks of searching we came across a house we liked and the offer deadline was in less than 24 hours. Our original agent was not responding. After a few hours, we began searching elsewhere to get some guidance. By pure luck, a realtor from one of the open houses we attended recommended we contact Jen as she better knew the neighborhood. We reached out to Jen and immediately saw the significant difference a realtor can make. We received a phone call from her almost immediately. She stepped away from a family gathering on mother's day to answer our questions, do a market analysis of what would be a reasonable offer, and talked us through what we could expect. Considering the holiday and the short timeline we were shocked at how much help she was willing to offer. I appreciated the work ethic, expertise, and patience so I asked her to represent us. To highlight the difference a realtor can make; we shopped around for better mortgage rates, acquired a lawyer, received our market analysis, wrote a letter to the seller, had an offer drafted all before our original realtor responded to our phone call. We told him not to worry about it and that we would be going in another direction. The agent insisted on sending a market analysis of the property. By the time the original agent followed up with a market analysis of the neighborhood we had already negotiated and submitted our final offer for the home. We would have not had a chance at our new home if we wouldn't have come across Jen. If you're reading this, genuinely thank you, Jen. Youre invited to the BBQ. Once our offer was accepted, Jen gave us guided information on the procedures to get to closing and walked us through everything. She explained all of the types of tests we could look for in the house to ensure we wouldn't be walking into a money pit. We were able to make an informed decision and used that to further negotiate on closing costs. Jen impressed us yet again doing an amazing job at negotiating. We were able to meet the closing deadline, get the home that we loved, know any of the issues with the home up front, and have a pleasant buying experience the entire time. Buying a home can be stressful, but under proper guidance it is a very smooth experience. She held our hand through the entire process and we are grateful for it. Jen is professional, responsive, great at negotiations, organized, friendly, experienced, and a master of her craft. She is highly recommended by us, especially if you are a first time home buyer.
