Lisa is simply incredible. I highly recommend her to anyone looking, she's truly your advocate! She's incredibly responsive (most times she responds within minutes), she's equally knowledgeable (she seems to know a lot about the area, and is willing to research if she doesnt know--and get back to me!), and she is very organized by helping drive the closing process. She was patient enough to work with me across 4 months seeing dozens of properties and putting bids on the ones I liked. She was able to help me renegotiate down 10% from asking price. Oh I almost forgot the best part, she is an advocate on your side! She's not trying to force you into any home just to secure a deal, she wants to make sure you get the right house at the right price. She acted in my best interest on every single offer we made and I truly appreciate her. If you want someone to work with you throughout your process and be on your side throughout go with Lisa! Lisa Camarato helped me and wife purchase our 1st home in NJ. We both grew up in Brooklyn, NY since our childhood, however after marriage we decided to venture out to suburbs for bigger space to grow our family. We both work in the city so we were also searching for a home with a decent commute to the city. Lisa Camarato is extremely professional and knowledgeable on any type real estate property. Most importantly Lisa has impressive people skills which made us feel comfortable and loved working with her. She showed us several homes in NJ area based on our interests along with assisting us with neighborhood scout. After finding interest on the property, we submitted an offer. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Lisa to find and purchase our first home in Jersey City. We met Lisa by chance, luckily, while viewing a property in Jersey City and after talking with her for a bit we realized she has a deep understanding of the real estate market and was someone who understood where we were coming from and what we were looking for. Her no rush approach was something that was important to my wife and I, being nervous first time home buyers. Lisa objectively laid out pros and cons of each property we looked at, and we looked at many.
