I closed my house in Short Hills in June of 2022 - almost 9 months after when I first met Sandy. I could not have entered the market at a worse time - the inventory was scarce, the bidding war was fierce and houses are flying off market at above asking prices in no time. It was a high stress environment. To make matters worse, we were unsure about where we wanted to live and the exact budget of our purchase. As a result, we looked at houses, from those in 700k to well above 1m, in Short Hills, Summit, New Providence, Chatham, Madison and Millburn. It was a situation that could drive any agency crazy. But not Sandy! We picked Sandy as our agent initially because of her knowledge of the Summit market - the market we were initially focusing on - and her proactive outreach. But overtime, we felt lucky because Sandy was the right kind of agent for us. She is one of the most patient and responsive agents we have met - she always said yes to our viewing requests, went with us and never complaint when we decide to pass on a house. She gave her thoughts candidly and never pressured us into any decision. Instead, she always respected our preference and decision. She always returned my calls promptly and arrived at appointments on time. We are very happy with the house we ended up buying and grateful to Sandy for her work that made the purchase possible.
