We used Gilli's services and expertise for selling our apartment in Jersey City, Paulus Hook. She actually contacted us with prospective buyers and we were impressed from the first moment we met by her knowledge of the local market as well as her commitment in selling the unit at a very competitive price. She was actually the only agent we met (out of 6) capable to have a sound strategy to market our unit in order to justify the price in the ball range we were looking for and for this reason we believe she was a terrific selling agent. In terms of performance, she was able to get us an offer after only 1 week of listing in her own company's website (we did not list publicly) and that offer eventually converted in a sale. on top of this, as the negotiations became extensive, we would have never close at a price we felt comfortable without her giving away part of her fee. Despite this (most agents would feel obviously very demotivated when giving away a portion of their fee and therefore not involved as they should), during the process she was always very supportive by timely following-up, always returning the calls when busy with other clients (week-ends included) and giving suggestions based on her solid experience. We would definitely use her again in the future and we are definitely recommending her as a real estate agent in the area of Jersey City.
