I was so lucky to have Jeff help me find a lovely apartment on the upper west side. I had expressed interest in an apartment through StreetEasy and was contacted by Jeff within the same day - after asking me about what I was looking for (neighborhood, number of bedrooms, etc.) he came up with about eight potential apartments and offered showings on all of them within a couple of days. He was helpful and honest about each space, and I ended up deciding on one of the apartments within the same day. He negotiated the rent down to below the original asking price, and offered me a student discount on his fee. He was helpful and understanding while I filled out all of the initial paperwork, and checked in a couple of times after I moved in to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for potential apartments - he made my apartment search (which can be stressful and intimidating) into a very pleasant experience!
