Dawn was introduced to me by one of my friends, and I found out she had helped with another of my friends as well. With all good words from my friends, I had her as my buyer agent and it's turned out the most pleasant experience I ever had with a real estate agent. Dawn helped me on almost everything at the time I purchased a property with her, step by step, from negotiation, signing the contract, all the way to the final walk thru, closing, and even after. She even helped me finding a good financing bank, and most gratefully, I got her honest input of market, and many assistances after closing including finding the tenant, referring, and contacting the contractors. She knows the area very well. Dawn is very charming, easy to talk to, and very responsive. She listens and understands your needs, sharing with honest suggestions, but leaves it to your own decision without pushing. I found her trustful and reliable.
