From the beginning Jake was very helpful. Quickly added me to his site which sent me updates as they were happening which was very helpful on my search of a new home. He quickly answered any questions I had and always guided me in the right direction. When it was time for showings he was very knowledgeable about each property, straight forward and honest. Once I found the home that met the needs of my family and I, we Came up with an offer and it was accepted the next day. He walked me through everything I needed to do and was in constant communication with my bank to make sure everything was going smoothly. Everything was done ahead of time and I was able to close early. I honestly have no complaints. Jake also gave me a tour of the area and showed me all good restaurants and made recommendations. I will be contacting him again if I ever need to buy or sell again in the area.
