Not only is Rayman a realtor, he is a friend who has your back. He kept us informed every step of the way in our purchase of a piece of land that should have been a walk in the park. Instead, it turned out to be over a two month long escrow due to mistakes made by the loan agent. If it wasn't for Rayman, no doubt the process would have lasted three or more months. But he patiently educated the loan agent where she was lacking in knowledge of the industry and helped her get through handling a loan that was out of her normal area. He represented both us and the seller, and worked for the benefit of both of us. He spent hours with the seller explaining the process until she was comfortable with moving forward. This is the second time we've used Rayman and feel so blessed to have found him. You wont find a better Realtor out there who will be there for you whenever you need him and at the same time have the experience to get things done right for you.

I found Rayman Kinman on in internet search as I wanted to find an agent in the N.Idaho area and we live over 16 hours away and knew no one or nothing about the area except it looked beautiful and the states values were more inline with my own. I immediately hit it off with him on the phone and he sent me properties within the hour to review with my wife. I drove up the next week and spent 2 day's with him looking at homes and getting to know him. We found a home we thought would be great to raise our 3 kids in out in the wood's 20 minutes from a small town. Purchasing process went extremely well as Rayman coordinated all inspections, closing with title company etc. We are now moving to Idaho next week and are truly blessed to be starting a new season of life as "Idahoan's. We would highly recommend Rayman Kinman to anyone who is looking to buy a home in the N. Idaho region.
