When my wife and I approached Teri Camus and explained that we wanted to sell our house and move to an Independent Senior Facility, she explained how she would start the process of listing our house and we were amazed at the detailed knowledge she has with what had to be accomplished in an orderly manner. Teri has built an excellent real estate business and we could see why, for her team of professionals each handles specific and important segments of the entire process. If I could give Teri and her team more than 5 stars I would. I'm a CA resident and needed to sell my home in Bremerton, WA. I was a bit nervous picking a Realtor since this would be a long distance transaction and I would never actually meet them in person. I found Teri on Zillow, I had actually called two Realtors and Teri was the first one to call me back. I'm really glad that she did and I'm glad that I decided to go with the ad on Zillow because I never click on web ads. I'm a licensed Realtor (not active) in CA and I was blown away by the type of service that Teri and her team provided. I received updates via email and phone calls, updated hit counters, updates on showings. I was truly amazed by the effort that Teri put into selling my home. After escrow opened, she made everything as easy as possible. Again because it's a long distance transaction I thought this would be a headache but she's made it a breeze. My family is also currently going through some financial hardship and Teri is doing everything she can to assist us with that as well. If you want to hire someone honest, dependable and hard working I definitely recommend Teri and her team.

AWESOME SERVICE!! This is the second home that Terry and Shannon and their staff helped me sell a home (for two different estates). Whenever I needed to find an electrician, plumber, landscaper, or other tradesperson, they either had several businesses to recommend for bids or found a specialist right away. For example, on the recent sale, the kitchen had a chef's six-burner gas stove/range. The buyers wanted a qualified/certified professional to service that particular brand of stove; Terry and her staff found one! I didn't need to make any calls; I just had to approve the very reasonable bill and write the check. I give Terry, Shannon and their staff the absolute highest ratings for service and communication -- they go well above and beyond. Let them take care of you, you won't regret it.
