Richelle was very helpful with selling our townhouse in a tough market. She recommended ways to improve the appearance of our home and provided resources according to our budget. Richelle worked relentlessly to get buyers at a fair price. Although we had to sell at a lower price than originally requested, we were relieved that we were able to move out and into a larger home for our growing family. With regard to buying, Richelle was very responsive when we wanted to view homes or discuss options. She remained patient with us and kind to our children as we went through an eight month process, including challenging contract negotiations, to decide on purchasing our next home.
