We found Ann and her team after looking at many listings and seeing her friendly face often! We needed help in buying a condo and will also need her assistance in selling our home. We were impressed with Ann and her team immediately. Prior agents had left us cold, and the friendly attitude of Ann and her team was the refreshing change we needed. She was able to assist us in buying our new condo, and has met with us already on the sale of our home. Ann and her team, Jeff and Lorrie, work tirelessly. I don't think they sleep! They are warm, caring, and really work hard at understanding your personal situation. I would not look any further for a real estate agent than right with them! I know that they will be able to sell our home in record time, and advise us honestly on what we need in order to do so. I'll be right back her after the house is sold singing their praises again!

After vacationing throughout south Florida for the past 30 years, my wife and I finally settled on Cape Coral as a destination for our longer term vacation plans. I know it may sound like we are relatives, but I assure you we are not (but we feel like we are after our amazing experiences with Ann, Jeff, Lorrie and Pia at Pro-Gulf!)We initially contacted Ann after seeing her associated with a property that was interesting. After our first conversation, we were hooked! Her initial phone call with us was nearly 40 minutes in length. She was so unbelievably thorough, professional and genuine that we truly felt we could work with her throughout the property search process. We went on to meet, and work with, the entire staff of this unique office. Ann Stone's team was fantastic! Ann made sure she met us and was very pleasant. Her team was so knowledgeable about the area. An example of many was by showing us city utility planning schedules and a large map of what to expect in development. Also, pointing out so many things to do in Cape Coral. Lorrie Pitkin, a member of Ann's team had a very gracious, accommodating and detailed knowledge and background in the process details. The loan process went so smoothly. Lorrie was very active in following up and she was a phone call or email away where response times were within minutes always. We, being out of state buyers, really enjoyed working with Lorrie and Mike. Mike Pitkin, our realtor, was very accommodating in schedule and showed us property and met with us when time was of the essence. His negotiating skills helped us get a better than expected price too. Kudos to this outstanding team and we would recommend them to everybody.

Our relationship with Pro Gulf Realty began a year ago. We were Minnesota residents who wanted to move to Cape Coral and live on a canal in 2020. We contacted a few realtors but did not get much response from them. We found that Pro Gulf Realty has an exceptional rating on Zillow and their introduction video really appealed to us. We contacted Lorrie Pitkin and we immediately knew that this was the realty company we wanted to work with. We scheduled a trip to Cape Coral to get familiar with the area and market. Our first meeting was with Lorrie and Ann Stone who gave us a 4 hour orientation on everything that a buyer should know about shopping for a house in Cape Coral. The presentation was very informative and well worth the time. Later that day Jeff Mueller drove us around Cape Coral and gave us a visual tour. Since we wanted to buy a house on a canal, he spent a lot of time explaining canal living and the importance of the right location. They set us up with their portal where we could go back home and watch homes get listed that met our criteria.Fast forward to October 2020, we returned to Cape Coral ready to buy a house. Inventory was low, but with the help of this team, we found our perfect dream home in paradise.
