After vacationing throughout south Florida for the past 30 years, my wife and I finally settled on Cape Coral as a destination for our longer term vacation plans. I know it may sound like we are relatives, but I assure you we are not (but we feel like we are after our amazing experiences with Ann, Jeff, Lorrie and Pia at Pro-Gulf!)We initially contacted Ann after seeing her associated with a property that was interesting. After our first conversation, we were hooked! Her initial phone call with us was nearly 40 minutes in length. She was so unbelievably thorough, professional and genuine that we truly felt we could work with her throughout the property search process. We went on to meet, and work with, the entire staff of this unique office. Our requests have always been met with a can-do attitude and they have all exceeded our expectations by miles.Ann is the real deal, and she is complemented by everyone at Pro-Gulf! Perhaps you can find a Realtor that is close to Ann, but I don't believe you could find one better!

Ann Stone's team was fantastic! Ann made sure she met us and was very pleasant. Her team was so knowledgeable about the area. An example of many was by showing us city utility planning schedules and a large map of what to expect in development. Also, pointing out so many things to do in Cape Coral. Lorrie Pitkin, a member of Ann's team had a very gracious, accommodating and detailed knowledge and background in the process details. The loan process went so smoothly. Lorrie was very active in following up and she was a phone call or email away where response times were within minutes always. We, being out of state buyers, really enjoyed working with Lorrie and Mike. Mike Pitkin, our realtor, was very accommodating in schedule and showed us property and met with us when time was of the essence. His negotiating skills helped us get a better than expected price too. Kudos to this outstanding team and we would recommend them to everybody.
