Our relationship with Pro Gulf Realty began a year ago. We were Minnesota residents who wanted to move to Cape Coral and live on a canal in 2020. We contacted a few realtors but did not get much response from them. We found that Pro Gulf Realty has an exceptional rating on Zillow and their introduction video really appealed to us. We contacted Lorrie Pitkin and we immediately knew that this was the realty company we wanted to work with. We scheduled a trip to Cape Coral to get familiar with the area and market. Our first meeting was with Lorrie and Ann Stone who gave us a 4 hour orientation on everything that a buyer should know about shopping for a house in Cape Coral. The presentation was very informative and well worth the time. Later that day Jeff Mueller drove us around Cape Coral and gave us a visual tour. Since we wanted to buy a house on a canal, he spent a lot of time explaining canal living and the importance of the right location. They set us up with their portal where we could go back home and watch homes get listed that met our criteria.Fast forward to October 2020, we returned to Cape Coral ready to buy a house. Inventory was low, but with the help of this team, we found our perfect dream home in paradise. As a parting gift for using Pro Gulf Realty, Lorrie presented us with a binder of information that she has gathered over the years with everything you need to know about being a resident of Florida and Cape Coral. It is a very valuable document that we have referred to several times already.
