Working with Lara and Natalie from Prime Realty absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way! Both agents were warm, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was impressed by their real estate expertise throughout the entire process of selling my home. Lara and Natalie were both available to answer my questions late in the evening and on the weekends and were very accommodating with my very busy schedule. Overall, they were very responsive to my needs as a seller which made the transaction a great deal less stressful than I had expected it to be. Lara and Natalie did a great job marketing my home as well. Within hours of listing my home I received three offers, all above asking price. I ultimately accepted an offer that was far better than what I had expected. Laura and Natalie absolutely made sure that the offer I accepted had my best interests (and my children's) in mind. I cannot say enough about these two! I interviewed several agents from the Moorpark/Simi/ Thousand Oaks area before listing my home for sale and felt that Natalie and Lara's standards coincided with my own (high) standards. They really are an amazing team!

Lara and Natalie of Prime Realty changed the way I think and feel about real estate agents (from overwhelmingly negative associations to extremely positive). My husband and I first met Lara at an open house in the area we were considering for a home. We had an instant connection with Lara, who quickly and professionally assessed our needs without being the least bit pushy. Both Lara and Natalie have a completely genuine way of making you feel like friends and family, and they therefore make the process of selling and buying your home far less stressful. When we narrowed down our home and neighborhood search, Lara and Natalie and their entire Prime team got to work very quickly to stage, list, and market our house in a matter of days and then sold it for top price in under a month. At the same time, they negotiated a complicated deal to close on the purchase of our new and spectacular home. I could list endless details of praise for this dynamic duo. I was fortunate enough to meet Lara and Natalie because they listed my neighbors home which sold in two days. We struck up a small conversation, and of course one thing lead to another and I ended up listing my home for sale. My timing was a little poor because I listed it two weeks prior the Wosley fire. They have a team of experts that helped paint, stage and prepare my home for sale. I have dealt with other agents, in Orange County , I can honestly say I have never ever been so impressed in my life with these two professional ladies!! They go over board, they sent boxes to my house, helped me tidy things up and helped every step of the way!! I did get several offers, however, Natalie and Lara used there good common sense and reached out to inquiring if I would entertain the thought of renting my home to a family that lost everything in the recent fires. To be honest I couldn't have been happier!! As one day I want to move back to my house!! These girls are top notch in every way!!! If you are looking for a real estate agent, please do not ponder your decision these are the girls you want on your team!!
