We recently used Norman for the sale of our single family home on Parsons St, Brighton. We had encountered Norman many times over the years at open houses in the Brighton area so we knew that he knew the market and locality well. From the very start and right through the process we found Norman (and his team) to be very straightforward and knowledgeable. He arrived prepared to our initial meeting and guided us on the correct approach and sale price. From the start of the process Norman was thoroughly professional. The open house was very successful and well ran and we received a number of offers within 24 hours. Throughout the long and sometimes difficult process of getting to closing Norman remained in regular contact with us and kept us informed at all points. Small items like Water and Sewer and Smoke/CO2 certs that we didn't really know much about were dealt with in the background by Norman. We were very glad that we choose Norman for this process and would highly recommend both him and his team.
