I wish I could give Eric more than 5 stars. He was there every step of the way. He listed the property on multiple sites and posted great pictures of my house and property. I was notified electronically of every viewing and its purpose (showing, second showing, inspection, and appraisal). I also received feedback responses automatically. Eric was proactive in promptly discussing with me any comments and or issues that arose. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and presented options to me throughout the process. He never pressured me to accept any offers below what he felt the property was worth. My house was listed from mid-Sept. until it sold in March. It can be difficulty to sell a house as is, but Eric is a great negotiator and accomplished it at the price I wanted. In addition to his professional expertise, Eric has a great personality and it was a pleasure to work with him.
