Even though I didnt hire Michael Austin since I'm still working with an agent I just saw some reviews about, I felt that Michael would be by far, much better fit for me. He was very responsive. Answered my call immediately. Was very patience and educated me about how hes usually does his marketing. I was very impressed with his technic and ability to get the best value of the property hes selling, or getting it for his buyer. He has a lot of knowledge about the local market and hes very detail oriented. Hard to find a lot of realtors that will take their time to educate you how theyll be able to get your property sold in the price that youll be happy with. Without major repairs, remodeling or changes. He knows his field very well and will be able to sale in any condition as I was convinced from my long conversation with him.I feel that he would be the best realtor for me as prompt as he is & very competent agent. I no wish I would talked to him before Ive hired the new agent just few days ago. I'm sure that my condo as it is, would be in escrow by now. I hoe Ill have the opportunity to work with Michael directly, as professional and kind and friendly that he is, it will be a blessing and a win win to every one around. If you looking for an honest, straight forward and helpful agent that knows what hes doing, look no further! Michael is your guy!Ill hire him in a heart beat if I didnt work with already signed agent that unfortunately I'm still committed to. But Ill highly recommend him to any body I know! This year has been a tough one for myself. Being a person in the military and new to the area, I didnt know where to start other than a Va Loan. At first, I started my loan with United veterans and steered the wrong way. I was told I qualified for certain loan amount when in reality, with my finances, was too high for myself to afford. To them, I was just another person they can make commission off from but to Austin, I was an clueless individual in this field about to make the biggest purchase of my life. Austin gave the knowledge to understand the basics of purchasing a house. He guided me out of something that could of put me into a financial situation and into a house I can call my home. He was flexible with my schedule being night shifts and knew exactly what I was looking even when I failed short on communication. He was the man on it!!!! I am definitely recommended him to my family and friends. Thanks to Austin, I am the first person to purchase a house in my family. This is history to me and I couldnt have done it without him!!!
